The Bluefin Warranty
Here at Bluefin we are 100% committed to our customers and provide every customer with a free 12 month warranty on all purchases.
We have so much confidence in our product that if any technical problems arise within the first 12 months we will fix it for free!
The Bluefin warranty covers any technical faults with your item but does not cover the following:
- General wear and marks from use.
- Water damage.
- Damage due to improper use such as riding over leaves, through puddles or through tall grass.
- Chassis damage and scratching due to improper use or dropping.
- Electronic damage due to improper use or dropping.
- Damage caused by collisions or accidents whilst riding the board.
We will cover any manufacturing faults and electrical malfunctions and repair or replace your board if any of these problems arise.
Your 12 month warranty begins on receipt of delivery and if your board is over 12 months old we do offer an exclusive repair service for Bluefin customers.
If the board becomes faulty after the first 30 days of purchase, it is up to the customer to cover postage costs to and from our repair centre. If an issue arises within the first 30 days, we will cover postage costs to and from our repair centre. There is no charge for repairs which are covered under warranty.

We will accept any unused item back for full refund within 30 days. Please note the item must be unused and in its original packaging, all items will be checked upon arrival and the return will be met at the buyers cost.
If an item is faulty it can be returned to us for full refund or replacement swap service within 14 days of purchase. The item will be thoroughly checked by our technicians upon arrival and refunds can only be issued if the board has a manufacturing or electrical fault. If a product fault is reported after 14 days we will offer a free repair service and repair or replace your board as necessary.
All returns are subject to inspection by our expertly trained technicians.
